Does Axiom require an account?
No. Axiom stores your reflection data on your device and does not require an Axiom account.
Why can’t Axiom fill my name from iCloud?
Confirm that you are signed in to iCloud, that iCloud access is not restricted, and that the device has a working connection. Then choose “Fill name from iCloud” again. You can always type a display name manually.
Why did an invite or reply fail?
- Invites and replies expire seven days after the original invite.
- A reply must be opened on the device that created its matching invite.
- Ask the sender to create a fresh invite if the link is incomplete or expired.
- Do not alter or shorten the link.
How do I remove my information?
In Axiom, open Settings. “Clear reflection history” removes answers and derived reflection history while keeping your profile preferences. “Delete all local Axiom data” removes Axiom’s locally stored answers, profile identity, photo, settings, onboarding state, and pending invite keys.
Is Axiom therapy or a compatibility test?
No. Axiom is a reflective, research-informed conversation tool. It is not diagnostic, clinical, therapeutic, or a predictor of relationship success or safety.
