Agreement

These Terms of Use apply when you use Axiom. They supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple’s standard agreement, Apple’s agreement controls to the extent required.

Purpose and limits

Axiom is a reflective, research-informed values-map and conversation-preparation tool. It is not a diagnostic, clinical, therapeutic, medical, legal, or safety-planning service. It does not determine whether another person is compatible, trustworthy, safe, or right for you, and it does not predict whether a relationship will succeed.

Do not rely on Axiom as a substitute for qualified professional help or your own judgment. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, contact appropriate local emergency or professional services.

Your choices and other people

Use Axiom only for reflection and consensual conversation. Do not use it to secretly judge, profile, coerce, harass, or make consequential decisions about another person without their participation. You are responsible for the links and information you choose to share.

Sensitive information

Axiom can involve intimate subjects, including relationships, family, money, faith, politics, sexuality, substance boundaries, and conflict. Protect your device and share only with people and services you trust. Do not publish invite or reply links.

Availability and changes

Axiom may change, add, remove, or discontinue features. iCloud identity lookup, link delivery, and external services may be unavailable or behave differently because of device, account, network, provider, or platform conditions.

No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Axiom is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees that its outputs are complete, accurate, suitable for a particular decision, or continuously available.

Intellectual property

Axiom, its original visual design, text, and software are owned by the developer or used under applicable licenses. These terms do not transfer ownership of Axiom to you. Your own reflection data remains yours.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when Axiom’s features or obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply.
